Welcome To Our New Normal

We are now up and running in our new way of life and we just want to say thank you for all your love and support throughout this unprecedented time, we really appreciate it!!

We know that when you come to the salon, it is normally your "me time" and it's a time for you to relax and unwind or catch up with other friends and guests. We still want you to be able to feel some sort of normalcy when you come in. Although we have new safety policies in place, we think you can still get to enjoy your visit and feel beautiful.

So, now that we have gotten into our groove, we'd like to catch you up on what to expect on your next visit.

On the morning of your visit, you will be sent either an email or text with our waiver to fill out. Please do so honestly and fill out each section completely for everyone's protection and for contact tracing reasons. Once we see that it has been completed, you will be allowed to enter. We will check your temperature and ask that you sanitize your hands. Please wear a mask covering your nose and mouth. We have disposable masks for purchase if you don't want to ruin your cute mask during color services.

We have plastic bags to offer should you wish to place any belongings in but it is not necessary as we sanitize every surface after each guest.

We do ask that you come alone if possible and abide by social distancing whenever possible. We are also only working at every other station and on staggered shifts to abide by these guidelines.

If you are receiving hair color services, you may wish to stay in the salon color area to process, we do ask that your mask remain on the whole time. If you would feel more comfortable and would like to take your mask off, you may go out to the back patio where we will have chairs and tables under a tent for you to relax at on days that the weather is cooperative.

We are doing everything we can to keep our staff and guests safe, we are a Barbacide Certified Safe salon and are constantly updating ourselves on the NYS guidelines in order to comply. We are all getting tested every 2 weeks just in case and for contact tracing reasons.

Our Online Booking will be disabled until we no longer need social distancing. You are more than welcome to call for an appointment or at your own convenience, you can go to the BOOK NOW widget on our website to request an appointment, we will return with a phone call with choices of appointment days and times ASAP.

We are asking that if you need to cancel an appointment, that you do so within our 48 hour notice. Unfortunately, we have had a number of cancellations and that leaves us with no opportunity to generate revenue for the time allotted for that booking. For this reason, we are strictly enforcing our cancellation policy of $25 per service cancelled.

We are now able to do any service that is requested since we have caught up with all our missed appointment guests, so if you're ready for that color change, want some luscious extensions or just a simple bouncy blowout, whatever it is, we are ready and waiting for you!

We want to do everything in our power to ensure you have a lovely visit and you are happy with your services, please don't hesitate to let us know what we can do better or what we are doing that you love. In the meantime, have a beautiful day!
