Reopening policies and waiver

We are now hoping to be open by June 15th. We are starting to contact all guests that had appointments with us from March-June to reschedule appointments. Once this has happened, we will open up our online booking system to all. We are always welcoming new guests but at this time we require that a new guest book a consultation visit before their service appointment so that we can have an accurate time slot for the service requested. So, with that in mind, we thought it best to outline the guidelines we will have in place once we do open. There are many questions our staff and guests have regarding these guidelines for reopening and honestly, it's been hard trying to find the answers from the powers that be. But, after following closely the other states that have done so successfully, we will be following suit. We know that your safety and the safety of our staff is of the utmost importance. We simply cannot wait to get back doing what we are passionate about and we can't wait to see all your beautiful faces again, but in order to do this the right way, we have put a lot of protocols in place.

We are waiving our 48 hour cancellation fee for guests who are sick but we ask that you let us know ASAP if you cannot make your appointment, they are very coveted spots and it is unfair to our clientele and stylists to waste a booked time.

Here are our new policies and guidelines:

We are working on a staggered schedule with extended hours and can only service half the guests we normally would. We will only be taking clients one at a time with no double booking, please come to your appointment alone. There will be no more than 10 people in the salon at one time.

We are a Barbacide Certified Safe Salon and are adhering to State and Industry guidelines. We will need 10 minutes between each guest to clean and sanitize our tools, brushes, work stations, laundry and surroundings. Please call us when you arrive for your appointment and stay in your car until we call you when it is safe to come inside. We will check your temperature at the door and ask that you sanitize your hands. You must wear a mask covering both your nose and mouth, a disposable one is recommended as hair color will stain the straps of cloth ones. You may purchase a mask from us if you do not have one. We ask that you only bring inside what you can place on your lap. You will be provided with a Ziploc bag to place your phone in should you want to use it.

Please refrain from conversing while being shampooed as this is very close quarters and provides a high risk of infection.

We will be wearing PPE, including masks, shields, robes and gloves where possible. We will be sanitizing our hands after every guest. We will be working at every other station to abide by social distance guidelines.

There will be no shared reading materials and no coffee or snacks offered, if you would like to bring a beverage, please make sure it has a top on it. Each guest will be provided with a clean and sanitized cape, there will be no robes offered in order to allow for timing of laundry so please do not wear coveted clothing as we can't guarantee it will not get soiled.

For guests that may not want to sit in the salon for a long period of time, we are offering our 10 minute hair color to our guests at no additional charge. This line matches with most of our regular color lines except for some blondes and highlights. You are welcome to sit in your car for the processing time of touch up colors if you are more comfortable there. In order to keep to our strict schedule, we cannot perform services that have not been booked. We are offering a no blow-dry haircut for a discounted price. You can also choose to come to your haircut visit with pre-shampooed hair.

Our retail shelves are empty of products, if you would like to purchase a product, we can retrieve it from a sterilized container, we are also offering an E-Commerce store through our website if you need additional products. Thank you for your understanding of all these guidelines and for your support through these difficult times, we are sure things will be a more comfortable kind of normal very soon.

We are requiring all guests to fill out our COVID-19 waiver when you arrive for your visit.
